Our Coronavirus Safety Precautions

We understand and share your concerns surrounding the recent Coronavirus outbreak and the speed at which it is spreading. We want you to know that Price CPAs is taking the appropriate precautions to help keep our clients and our employees safe. Such measures include avoiding non-essential meetings, encouraging employees to stay home if not feeling well, making hand sanitizer available in our offices, and wiping down counters, computers and door handles more frequently than usual.

In evaluating all relevant factors, and in review of national/local health guidelines, we have made the decision to discontinue in-person meetings until further notice. This will take effect beginning Monday, March 16, 2020. From that point, we will continue to make ourselves available to you via video and/or phone conferencing. 

In the event we do not have your 2019 tax information, you can do so through the following methods:

  1. Electronically via our secure e-mail link
  2. Regular or overnight mail
  3. Drop off at our office by utilizing the designated secure drop boxes which will be located just inside our front door.

Also, during this period, completed tax returns (with filing instructions) will be delivered to you by either regular or electronic e-mail.  If you need assistance with your filing instructions, our staff will be available to assist you via e-mail or phone, as necessary.

This decision is multi-factored. First, the social responsibility is to do our part in reducing the potential spread of COVID-19 and limit the impact on our healthcare infrastructure. Second, it prioritizes the health and well-being of our highly valued clients, friends and fellow staff members.  Finally, it gives us time to evaluate current information as it becomes available and adjust when necessary. We do not currently have any confirmed cases in our immediate community, but want to be conscientious of our responsibilities while being minimally disruptive to clients and others.

We hope to resume to our normal mode of operation as quickly as possible; however, we are prepared to continue providing all services for you, without interruption.  If you have any particular questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Safety Precautions UPDATE 1.22.2021

With tax season approaching and the COVID environment still present, we’d like to update you on the current safety procedures in place at Price CPAs. We are highly encouraging the use of our drop box (located just inside of our office doors) for contactless drop off of your 2020 tax documents, in the event these items cannot be emailed or mailed to us. We also encourage phone and video conferences (via Zoom) for scheduled meetings. If you’d prefer to come into the office for a meeting, or to pick up your returns after preparation, we ask that you please call and schedule a time to do so at 615-385-0686. Upon entering our building, a mask is required and please be prepared to have your temperature taken, as well as comply with a short screening questionnaire attached here. If you are unable to comply upon arrival, we will kindly ask you to reschedule, for our safety as well as your own.
