Membership requirements in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”) and the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy (“TSCPA”) laws require that firms undergo independent peer reviews of their accounting and auditing practices every three years.

Peer review includes a comprehensive oversight of our compliance with accounting and auditing standards, and a stringent review of our quality control program. The peer review was conducted by an independent CPA firm that qualifies under the program's requirements to serve as a reviewer. The peer review was administered by the TSCPA according to the AICPA Standards for Performing and Reporting on Peer Reviews.
